Annual General Meeting 2025
The 95th Annual General Meeting of the Bank was held at the Bank Head Office Conference Hall on Sunday, November 2, 2025 at 10 am. The President Mr. K P Selvan presided over the meeting. The Vice President Mr. K Suresh welcomed the gathering. The Managing Committee Member Mr. T P Sudhan expressed his condolences to the deceased members. Assistant Registrar/Secretary Mrs. K M Najma read the notice of the general meeting, presented the reports and accounts and obtained the approval of the general meeting.
Chief Accountant Mrs. Juni K G read the notice of the last year's general meeting and recorded it. The liability list of the board members, relatives, employees and relatives was read by Internal Auditor Mrs. Shyamini A V.
The President replied to the discussions and suggestions. Assistant Secretary Mrs. K R Sajithakumari proposed the vote of thanks.
